SARAH LAUGHLIN — PARTNER AND PRINCIPAL
Sarah is a dynamic performance consultant with a ten-year record of achievement in organizational effectiveness and corporate learning. Most recently, she led the organizational effectiveness practice at a leading international retailer, where she spearheaded a comprehensive review of roles, structures, and processes across three portfolio companies and lead the development of all L&D offerings for senior-level talent. Sarah also has deep expertise in the health sciences industry, having led four year-long research-driven global projects with a Top 5 pharmaceutical client that launched and reinforced consistent sales and leadership models across markets world-wide. These projects are among a rich portfolio of past consulting engagements with clients such as GSK, Schering Plough Canada, BMO Financial Group, Cara Foods (Swiss Chalet and Montana's), Labatt, and Loblaw. Sarah holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, where she co-authored a comprehensive business case examining the financial services industry and a BSc, also from the University of Toronto.

HEATHER MUNROE — PARTNER AND PRINCIPAL
Heather is an award-winning instructional designer specializing in sales force performance and effectiveness and Head of the LaunchBox Learning & Development practice area. For nearly a decade, Heather has consistently demonstrated innovation in instructional design and project management excellence, exceeding expectations for customer satisfaction and account growth. Her global portfolio of training implementation across markets and the effective management of multinational teams has earned her a strong industry reputation for motivating sustainable behavioural change linked to organizational profitability. Most recently, Heather led the training and knowledge transfer efforts on a service transformation with the City of Toronto. The switch to a "customer-first" orientation in service culture and operations involved the implementation of an integrated multiple-channel service delivery model for customer service across City of Toronto Council Divisions. Her skillful leadership has also been demonstrated through the end-to-end development of blended learning systems for clients such as Hoffman-La Roche, GSK, Amgen, Schering-Plough, Astellas, Bayer, and RBC.

DAVE SOLOMON — PARTNER AND PRINCIPAL
A proven leader, executive coach, and master facilitator, Dave brings over 30 years of industry experience in sales force effectiveness, sales management, and leadership development to LaunchBox client engagements. In tandem with past leadership positions as Director of Learning and Development at Biovail and Sales and Training Manager at AstraZeneca Canada, Dave also served on the Board of Directors for the International Society of Pharmaceutical and Biotech Trainers (SPBT) for seven years, representing over 900 global industry members. Earlier roles as both sales manager and representative inform Dave’s consultative approach with practical, field-based experience. A recognized catalyst for change, Dave has initiated sales culture transformations through the development and successful implementation of best-practice selling and coaching frameworks. As a past President of the Board of the Brant County Lung Association, and current advocate for youth training and leadership development, Dave demonstrates his ongoing commitment to community leadership and charitable giving.
